From last 3 or 4 orders from bb now received very bad quality products. Being a regular customer of big basket, it feels bad and planing to never order from here in future. Return option is not active even trying to return within 30 mins. Bb now is horrible, please try to improve it

Product quality is bad

It's very difficult to take out water from tender coconut because the shell is hard and not properly sliced.

Till now order not received

Very low standard customer care number and team big basket. I have realized with my short term relation that you guys are unapproachable and unreachable. I have wasted hours in trying to communicate with customer care team. Frontline team does not have any clue to solve the issue and call hardly gets connected. Every tine we hear that I have dialed a wrong number. Need to check before calling. Very frustrating experience as of now...

User's recommendation: Please dont expect customer care support in urgency.

Rice ordered not delivered twice.the service is poor even packing system changed is not good every item should be packed separately as before.overall performance is poor than before quality of fruits vegetables are not good like before.
